For nine years, we have brought you our free weekly RVtravel.com newsletter. Our support comes mostly from sales at RVbookstore.com. Yet only a small percentage of our readers have ever made a purchase there. We would like to ask the rest of you to please consider making a subscription donation -- either one time or whenever you wish. No matter how small, it will help us keep going and growing. . . and will be hugely appreciated by our hard-working staff. This is a purely voluntary contribution and not necessary to continue reading the newsletter. Thank you.

Why advertise with our family of websites?

Our sites, all editorially focused, are read almost exclusively by recreational vehicle enthusiasts. Advertisers with relevant services and products can boost their traffic immediately by advertising on our websites. Ads are not accepted for non-relevant or general interest products or services.

All sites are owned by RVbookstore.com, Chuck Woodbury's online bookstore. In 1989, Woodbury founded the quarterly newspaper "Out West," which he produced for the next 11 years while traveling the American West by motorhome. He and Out West were profiled by ABC World News Tonight with Peter Jennings, the Today Show, CNN, People, USA Today, Motorhome, and in countless other newspapers, magazines and television programs. In the mid '90s, he, his wife and daughter were national spokespersons for the Recreational Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) during a four-month media tour of the USA promoting "Camping with Kids." As a journalist, for six years Chuck was a member of the stable of distinguished columnists of the New York Times Syndicate.

Woodbury ceased publishing Out West in 2000 to concentrate on publishing websites to serve recreational vehicle enthusiasts. Today, his half-dozen websites attract more than 600,000 visitors a month.

Our flagship editorial site RVtravel.com attracts approximately 350,000 unique visitors a month, many of whom also are subscribers to the website's weekly email newsletter (email alert goes out every Saturday to 70,000 RVers).

RVtravel.com is the national sponsor of the Better Business Bureau's DVD "How to Buy An RV," which Woodbury hosts. The DVD was released in the fall of 2005 and is available in most U.S. public libraries, the BBB, as well as through RVbookstore.com.
