Finding Cleaning Tips At The RV Detail Shop
Zep Power House heavy duty cleaner and wax stripper removes the grime off of vinyl surfaces like a charm. Just spray it on and let it set for about a minute.
This product is non-abrasive and can be used on a variety of surfaces. After a minute you just wipe it off.
It works great on most RV exterior surfaces, however it is not recommended for full-body paint, and you should test it on painted surfaces before using it.
Power House comes in 24 oz. aerosol cans. Some RV parts stores carry it. Power HouseLabels: Cleaning

Sounds like great stuff!
BUT... what is "full-body paint"?

The best cleaner I've ever seen for removing black streaks is called "Oil Eater" I buy it at Costco. You just put it on a soft cloth, rub the area in a circular motion, and the black streaks come right off. You'll want to wear rubber gloves because it will remove oil from your skin also, and dry them out. I've tried Black Streak removers in the past and none of them work like this stuff will. Be aware that it also removes wax, so you'll need to rewax the area you cleaned.
