Kneeling Gets A Helping Hand
We RVers spend a lot of time on our knees. Sometimes in prayer (depending on what brand of RV we have) but most of the time for doing things around the coach like connecting the utilities. The owner of this Alfa motorcoach had a great idea and installed an entry handle near his utility bay.
Now when he needs to get up from hook-up duty he can pull himself erect by using this convenient handle.

I agree with your motto Jim :) Your tips are handy to follow even for RV motorhomes
purchased at low prices.

Might could also use a suction cup like they use to remove dents. Then it could be carried around and put anywhere.

As some one with a bad back I can feel your pain. That's why I carry a plastic one step stool. I feel like I am milking a cow sometimes but I can't tell you how many people come up to me and say "Why didn't I think of that" I have a 5th wheel and tow on the beach alot so I am always airing up or down all the time and this realy saves my back.

Don't know whether you are aware or not,but the m/h shown is an ALFA and that handy handle is standard equipment. They also have nice handles at the front door entrance. Nice units. (Yes,I own one and love it.)

I didn't know the Alfa came with this device. Great idea on Alfa's part. Jim Twamley
