Sherburn In Elmet, Durham, UK -- There must be plenty of money to be made in the auto body work business in Britain.

Just ask Sugar, a Norwegian Forest Cat, whose owners wanted her to see Norway, and decided that riding in the lap of motorhome luxury wasn't too good for their feline friend. When it came time to purchase a motorhome for the trip, the costs suddenly escalated, according to a story in the UK tabloid, The Sun.

Sugar's owner, Tracy Woods, told the tab: "We went to buy a motor home for 16,000 [pounds] but ended up paying 37,000 [pounds] for one because it had a section at the back that was ideal for Sugar." In cold American cash equivalents, the Woods' bumped their original thinking from about $30,000 to nearly $70,000, just to accomodate the furry traveler.

The Woods, who run a body shop, closed off the rear section of the 22' motorhome to give Sugar a comfortable spot for her bed, scratching post, and litter box. No word on whether or not Sugar kitty has her own plasma TV or not.
