EcoLogic is the first European-inspired, composite superstructure ultra-lite to be introduced in North America. It is built by Dutchmens' Aerolite division. Aerolite introduced the first ultra-lite product in 1994 and is the most recognizable ultra-lite brand in the North American market. EcoLogic replaces the rubber roof and wood substrates in the roof as well as the wood decking and polyethylene underbelly in the floor with Cosmolite from Tekmodo. The lauan wood substrates in the walls have been replaced with Superlite from Azdell. Both composite materials are formaldehyde free, contain no harmful VOC's, are water and mildew resistant and are significantly lighter and stronger than wood substrates.  In addition to the lightweight superstructure, EcoLogic incorporates Aerolites ultra-lite interior and chassis construction to further reduce weight. Plus, EcoLogic includes lightweight European SMEV appliances, Poly-Plastic windows and a front "bullet" profile design for added aerodynamics. In addition to the weight savings and the benefit to the environment by using Tekmodo composites, combining Aerolite's ultra-lite construction and design processes means the product will be one of the lightest trailers ever built for the North American market.EcoLogic is available in an 18-foot floorplan that includes sleeping space for four with a queen bed and convertible dinette. The floorplan includes a full bath with shower as well as a full kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and generous storage.
