Southwick, Mass - As we reported earlier, Samuel Israel, III, a hedge fund investor convicted of swindling investors out of $450 million, disappeared a few weeks ago. US Marshals have been looking for Israel and a Class A motorhome ever since. They don't have to look any more.
Earlier today Israel walked into a police station in Southwick, about 100 miles south of Boston, giving up his run from the law--and from prison. The freedom of the road now gives way to up to 20 years behind bars.
No word from authorities as to what's happened to the motorhome.
