The new 4257 All Star floorplan features a rear-ramp and is built exclusively on Spartan Chassis' Mountain Master ME chassis powered by a 400 horsepower Cummins ISL engine. Newmar's Comfort Drive steering system is standard. The ME chassis allows Newmar to offer a spacious garage in the rear of this floorplan, featuring an anti-slip non-skid floor, and a stainless steel overhead cabinet with a recessed flip-down countertop. The motorhome offers a full-size kitchen with a booth dinette (or optional round dinette), a queen-size bed in the bedroom with a 17" flip-down LCD television, a 32" LCD TV in the front overhead cabinet, and a captain chair in line behind the front passenger seat. Four additional travelers can sleep in pairs on the oversized dinette that converts to a bed and the optional sofa sleeper in the living area. In addition, two 13.5M heat pump air conditioners, 30" convection microwave oven, 10 cu. Ft. refrigerator with molded contemporary doors, and 8.0 kW Diesel Quiet Series generator are also standard equipment. The All Star gives customers six interior decor options and six exterior full-paint Masterpiece Finish options. The 2008 4257 All Star starts at a retail base price of $247,310.
